Bill Wells – Tenor Bill has been involved in Barbershop Harmony since 1994 when he joined the Mount Forest Harmonaires, a chapter with a long and distinguished history in the Ontario District. It was not long before he was hooked on both quartet and chorus singing. In 2000 Bill joined the Toronto Northern Lights where he continues to be a member, (singing bass). With TNL Bill has competed at 7 straight Internationals, earning 5 silver and 2 bronze medals, as well as singing in Germany and England for their conventions. Although he has been in a number of entertaining quartets, Shaken, Not Stirred is his first venture in a competitive quartet. With Bernadette, his wife of 26 years, Bill has 3 children, now grown and supposedly out of the house. All of this long suffering family spent many years listening to learning tracks of Barbershop songs and going to Barbershop shows, for which Bill is eternally grateful. Bernadette and Bill recently moved to the Wasaga Beach area, where Bill is employed by Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities. Brad Brown – Lead Brad has been singing Barbershop for more years than he cares to count but feels he has been very fortunate to sing in three Ontario District champion quartets. In 1993 he was crowned District champion with Shaken, Not Stirred (SNS) bass Rob Lamont in the very popular "Kingpins" quartet. Brad's wife, Marilyn, sang with top notch Sweet Adeline choruses for many years, and between their combined shows and competitions, Brad and Marilyn have travelled extensively throughout North America. Brad is absolutely thrilled to be singing with Dave, Bill and Rob in SNS. He loves to sing and entertain, and looks forward to a long and exciting run with Shaken Not Stirred. Rob Lamont – Bass Rob joined the Barbershop Harmony Society at the age of 15, and has enjoyed singing with both his father and father-in-law over many years of his association. He has been a member of several choruses in Ontario District and is a charter and current member of the 7-time International Medalist Chorus - the Toronto Northern Lights. Rob has sung bass in a number of Ontario District Championship quartets, competing in 8 International Quartet Contests and performing throughout Canada, the US, and Europe. Singing with Shaken, Not Stirred equals good friends sharing great music and a lot of laughs. Rob and his wife Pamela import confectionery and chocolate products for North American retailers. Dave Rozycki – Baritone Dave is relatively new to Barbershop, having joined the “Barrie County Chordsmen” as a Lead in 2004. He now holds dual membership with both Barrie and the “Toronto Northern Lights” (which he joined in 2006). Dave was the lead of the quartet “Whirlwind”, which made the cut at three consecutive Ontario District Quartet Championships, including a 4th Place finish in the fall contest of 2006. As a chorus member, he helped Barrie to an Ontario District Championship in 2006, and was an International bronze medal member of the Northern Lights in 2006 and 2007. Dave resides in Wasaga Beach with his wife of 27 years, Regina. They have four children. |
