Thomas Cole-Fitzpatrick, a 39 year member of Ontario District and the Barbershop Harmony Society, passed away July 7, 2005.

Tom was a member of the Upper Canada Chordsmen at the time of his death. He previously sang with Markham Men of Harmony, York North and Thornhill and East York chapters.  He was also a keen quartetter for many years.

The Upper Canada Chordsmen and the Suburbanaires sang at his funeral service on July 13, 2005. k
