All Peninsula chapters at CanAm

The Peninsula Division was well represented at the fall convention by the Harbourtown Sound chorus, and quartets: Harbour Lights, No Choice, Forward Motion, 4 Tonight Only, Silver Threads, Vintage, and Quaternity. Congratulations to all these competitors.
All choruses were represented at CanAm Night held October 28. The Batavia Chapter hosted this.
Burlington Chapter

Niagara Falls Chapter

Jim Turnbull, 89, remembered for his rendition of “Old Wedding Ring” and a 42-year membership in the Society, hung up his pitch pipe for health reasons.
St. Catharines Chapter

Oct. 25–Sing out Delhi United Church, 60th Anniversary.
Dec. 4–Simcoe is hosting a Choral Celebration with members of the Peninsula Division. The event will be held at St. James United Church. Don Pyper is coordinating this event.
Dec. 20–Carol Singing will be held in Simcoe, Port Dover, Delhi and Jarvis.
Congratulations to Roger Wiens who ran a successful U Can Sing Too Program. Simcoe has signed 15 new members.
Plans are underway to celebrate their 50th Anniversary in 2006. k
