The Mount Forest Chapter is saddened by the death of John Laughlin on October 25, 2005 in his 91^st year. John was instrumental in the formation of the Mount Forest Harmonaries 35 years ago. He was the charter president and was active in the chapter up until this past spring.

The Mount Forest Chapter sang at his funeral at the United Church in Mount Forest on Saturday morning, October 29, 2005. Johnny, as he was known by the members and friends, will be missed for all his hard work and dedication over his 35-years of service. k
