Did you know?

Harmony Foundation has created a program called Ambassadors of Song. This program allows Barbershoppers to support youth and youth projects sponsored by our Barbershop Harmony Society across North America.

In Ontario and the rest of Canada, Sing Canada provides the same recognition to Barbershoppers who support to our youth programs. Programs like Harmony Explosion Camps or scholarships for high school and college students to attend Harmony College or Harmony College North, for youth choral directors, youth quartets and youth choruses from your very own community.

There has been an outstanding response to this program because Barbershoppers have learned that they can support Harmony Foundation or Sing Canada and a charity of their choice and be recognized as an Ambassador of Song.

Every Ontario Barbershopper can be an Ambassador of Song. In fact, so can member’s families, friends and others in your community.

An Ambassador of Song believes in the power of everyone. He believes that he together with other members of our Society can help us all move ahead through supporting youth and youth projects.

For as little as a tax deductible donation of $5 per month to Sing Canada, Ontario Barbershoppers can have their name placed on the Harmony Foundation/Sing Canada Website and in the annual report, as an Ambassador of Song, proudly wear the Ambassador of Song button and donate up to 30 percent of their gift to a charity of their choice through the Donor’s Choice Option.

Please consider becoming an Ambassador of Song. Talk to your Chapter Harmony Foundation or Sing Canada Chair to get the details.     k
