Artistic Show Program award

The Ontario District Artistic Show Committee was formed after the Grimsby Chapter submitted a proposal to the district executive for a show program award. Some of the details of the award follow.

Realizing that there are many very good show programs in the district, the committee asks that if your chapter would like to have their show program entered into the competition, please bring three copies to Chapter Operations Training Seminar 2007 and give them to Waldo Redekop in an envelope.

If you prefer to send them, send three copies to Waldo Redekop, P.O. Box 276, Hillsburgh, Ontario, N0B 1Z0. (Please notify him by phone or e-mail if sending them.) The deadline for entries is January 9, 2007 (COTS). Please also include a letter stating who was principally responsible for its creation.

Full details of the award were sent to all House of Delegate members for the October HOD. Please contact your representative to see them or you can get a copy by e-mail from Waldo Redekop.

The award will be presented in the spring to the individual  member of the winning chapter who was principally  responsible for the creation of the program layout.     k
